At Choctaw Hosting and Web Design, we pride ourselves in
consistently delivering our client's internet solution
on time and under budget. We take the guess work out of
web design by creating pre-defined site design packages.
Our standard pricing on a custom designed site will
include domain registration, hosting, all standard. You
can pre-pay for your whole package or we can set up a
monthly billing to make your web presence affordable.
If you do not need everything included, no problem. Let us know how much
of the process you want us to handle and you can take care of the rest.
Our site design rates start at a very low price. Most sites (like ours and
many listed below) can be built in less than ten business days.
If you have your text and graphics "internet ready" we can get your site
built even quicker. Let us know what you want and what your looking to
accomplish. We will work with you to create the site you need.
Search Engine
Optimization - We
focus on optimizing your website pages to not only attract search
engines, but to promote top rankings as well. This is the most favorable
and honest way to get rankings and it WORKS. No one can guarantee #1
rankings on any search engine - so don't be fooled by this false
marketing.
Link Exchanges - Trading links is
the cheapest form of online advertising. Negotiating links with similar
interest web sites is a great way to network on the web! With mutual
approval, we will link your site with all of our other client websites
when we build your site. If you find other places to link with, just
send us the web address and we will put the link on your site!

Maintenance is revising outdated information on
existing pages and resubmitting your site to the
search engines on a regular basis. Updating is
adding information or pictures to pages. Changes
made to graphics, changing the style or look of the
site, are not maintenance or updating it is
considered redesign. (i.e. changing backgrounds,
graphics, etc.)
Adding pages to a website is not considered
maintenance. Updating is billed at the regular fee
for additional pages. Revisions and/or additions are
done on an hourly basis if agreed on, can be done on
a yearly fee basis payable in advance. No matter
which way, the cost of maintaining your web site is
based on the time it takes to do so. This time is
charged at $30.00 per hour, billed in 15 minute
increments. This means that you are only billed for
the time it takes, not the full hour. Situations may
vary and we are open for discussion on this matter.
Arrangements can be made for either monthly or
yearly payment for maintenance or updates.
     
PayPal has
optimized the checkout experience with an exciting
improvement to their payment flow. For new customers,
signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This
means you can complete payments first, and then decide
whether to save your information in a PayPal account
for future purchases.
ADDITIONAL
SERVICES:
Maintenance and Updates done monthly at a cost of $30.00 per hour. You
pay only for the time we spend updating/maintaining your website.
If you already have a domain name registered and a
domain host, please provide the URL and a description of what
technologies your hosting service supports for a custom quote. Domain
name renewal & hosting after the first year subject to additional
charge.
Email accounts are only included if we provide the
hosting. Accounts include both POP and webmail service. Mail lists are
not included. If you do require a mailing list, there will be a
additional charge of $10.00 a month for setting up the mailman list.
